I give it a 7, but I'm a pushover for windmill photos
Might I suggest moving the horizon line further down giving you more sky in the pic to better communicate the scale of such a wide open view. Also, some sunset color on those clouds wouldn't hurt. And why didn't you climb the windmill first to turn the vanes a few degrees more toward the shutter?
